BIG stretches

Giving this mobile blogging a go . . .

I'm not running or hitting up the gym tonight. Just some stretching
and calisthenics. I've been running a lot lately - best cure for
insomnia I've found so far. I prefer trail runs, but the track can
suffice. I repeat suffice but no way is it preferred.

Back to stretching now. i cant seem to manage typing on my iphone and
eloquent thoughts at the same time.
